We use website statistics to understand how people find TutorNest and whether our public pages help them make an enquiry.
What website analytics measures
Our public homepage and primary tutoring page use Google Analytics 4. It measures page visits, referring websites, approximate location, device and browser information, and completed waiting-list submissions. Analytics cookies help distinguish visits; ours expire after 60 days. Google processes analytics information on its systems, which may be outside Australia.
A completed submission is counted only after TutorNest confirms it was saved. The count does not identify a family, tutor or student. Reports can be incomplete when visitors opt out, block analytics or have connection problems.
What stays out of analytics
We do not send your name, email, phone number, enquiry answers, student details, lesson information, payments or account identifiers to Google Analytics. We send fixed public page addresses and titles, without URL query strings or fragments. Referrals contain only the referring website’s origin, without its page address or search terms.
Analytics is not installed on sign-in pages, private administrator, family or tutor workspaces, or this privacy page. Automatic form and click tracking, Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. We do not connect this analytics property to advertising accounts.
Your analytics choice
You can turn analytics off below without affecting the website or your ability to enquire. This preference applies to this browser. We also respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Clearing browser storage removes your saved preference.
Details you submit are stored within TutorNest for administrators to review and contact you about tutoring. Joining the waiting list does not create a private account. Approved family and tutor accounts can access only the information relevant to their role; this information is not included in website analytics.
