TutorNest home

Melbourne, Australia

Primary school tutoring,
at home in Melbourne.

TutorNest helps families find a suitable tutor who travels to their home. Our current focus is primary school learning, with matching based on your child’s needs, subjects, preferred times and location.

We’re opening gradually. A place depends on a suitable tutor and agreed lesson times.

A personal starting point

How tutoring
takes shape.

Tell us about your learner

Share your child’s primary school year, the subjects they need help with and their current learning needs. You can include more than one student in a family enquiry.

Find times that fit

Choose preferred days, times, lesson length and frequency. Add your suburb and postcode so we can consider nearby tutors and travel. A street address is not needed on the waiting list.

Discuss a suitable match

Our team reviews your enquiry and contacts you about next steps. We discuss the match and agree on lesson times before a booking is made.

Before you enquire

Questions from families.

Which school levels does TutorNest support?

TutorNest currently focuses on primary school students. Tell us your child’s school year, subjects and learning needs so we can review a suitable match.

Which subjects and Melbourne suburbs are available?

Availability depends on the tutors who can support the subjects, location and times you request. Include your subjects, suburb and postcode in the waiting-list form; the team will review a possible match with you. Joining the list does not guarantee coverage in every suburb or for every subject.

Where do lessons happen?

The TutorNest service matches families with tutors who travel to the family’s home in Melbourne. Location and travel are considered alongside learning needs and availability before lessons are arranged.

Does joining the waiting list book a lesson?

No. It registers your enquiry for review. TutorNest is welcoming families and tutors in stages, and the team discusses the match and lesson times with you before any booking.

How long and how often are lessons?

The enquiry form lets you share a preferred lesson length, days and number of lessons per week. These are preferences for planning; the final arrangement is agreed after reviewing a suitable match.

Who can see my enquiry?

Only TutorNest administrators can review the waiting-list details. Joining does not create an account or grant access to private records. You can ask for your enquiry to be removed by contacting contact@tutornest.com.au.
